YOGA Offerings

This places attention on breath and movement. It incorporates intuitive flows while emphasizing continual movement throughout the practice to build endurance, flexibility, strength and a clear mind.


Fluid Yoga ยฎ

This is a slow-paced style of yoga with asanas that are held for longer periods of time. Yin targets the deep connective tissues of the body and the fascia, which helps regulate the flow of energy.


Yin Yoga

With the Progressive Ashtanga style, students can expect a heavy emphasis on foundational poses that will prepare them for peak postures and inversions.

This engages all five of the senses with soft candlelight, soothing music, aromatherapy, lots of hands-on assists and a renewed awareness of taste (and sometimes chocolate!).
